Great work! You have reviewed the parts of a story, or the "story elements." You also read and mapped a story on your own. Next we will brainstorm ideas to write our own stories using the story elements. Here they are again: 

Characters: who the people are in the story.

Setting: where the story takes place.

Problem: what went wrong.

Solution: how the problem was solved.

Plot: everything that happens - first, next, and last.
